Job summary

People Matter PH is seeking a Head of AI Automation to lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of AI-driven automation within a leading fiber broadband and telecommunications company. This role focuses on ML, GenAI/LLMs, and RPA to maximize operational efficiency, elevate customer experience, and reduce cost-to-serve.

You will drive governance, manage AI initiatives across customer service, billing, sales, and network operations, and lead AI/ML engineers and data scientists while overseeing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of technical AI/automation experience in relevant sectors.
• 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience in ISP/telecom or tech infrastructure environments preferred.
• Expert knowledge of AI/ML, GenAI, LLMs, APIs, microservices, and RPA platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise AI and automation roadmap across departments.
• Identify bottlenecks and deploy AI/ML, GenAI, and RPA solutions.
• Oversee AI initiatives for real-time monitoring, predictive maintenance, and analytics.
• Integrate automation platforms and LLMs into CRM, ERP, Billing/BSS, OSS, and core network.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships and SLAs.
• Establish governance, data privacy and security frameworks, ROI tracking.
