Job summary

Staffstream is hiring an AI & Business Process Automation Lead to build practical AI-powered workflows for an Australian renewable energy client. The role focuses on Operations and Project Management, integrating Pylon and ServiceM8 to minimize duplicate data and manual admin.

You’ll own automation projects end-to-end, train teams on AI tools, and scale automated reporting while coordinating with sales, estimating, engineering, and operations in a fully remote setup for Philippines-based

Qualifications

• Hands-on ChatGPT and OpenAI experience across business functions.
• Proven track record delivering automated workflows in real business.
• Experience integrating software platforms via APIs and webhooks.
• Strong communication and ability to work with management and ops teams.

Responsibilities

• Automate job creation and project handovers once a quote is accepted.
• Build workflows between Pylon (solar estimating) and ServiceM8 (job management), so data is entered once and shared across both.
• Automate material and procurement tracking.
• Set up automatic reminders for outstanding approvals, inspections, deliveries, and site activities.
• Produce automatic project status updates and flag overdue tasks or project delays.
• Improve communication between sales, estimating, engineering, operations, and installation teams.
