Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking an AI transformation leader to shape and drive the AI strategy across the business. You will translate priorities into practical AI initiatives, coordinate with Business, Technology, Data, and Operations, and oversee pilots from concept to scale.

Lead adoption efforts, establish governance, and continuously identify opportunities to improve customer experience, productivity, and value across Globe’s operations.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping and executing AI strategy and roadmaps.
• Ability to translate business priorities into actionable AI initiatives.
• Proven track record coordinating across Business, Technology, Data and Operations.

Responsibilities

• AI Strategy & Roadmap: support development and execution of the AI transformation roadmap.
• Identify AI opportunities based on business value, customer impact, and feasibility.
• Translate priorities into AI initiatives and use cases with clear benefits.
• Align AI initiatives across different business functions.
• AI Use Case Development: define expected benefits, requirements, and implementation approach.
• Support pilots, scale-ups, and cross-team collaboration for AI projects.
• AI Adoption & Change Management: promote adoption of AI-enabled tools and processes.
• AI Governance & Responsible Adoption: work with security, risk, and compliance teams.
