Qualifications

• 10+ years in service management, reliability, technology operations, analytics or business engagement.
• Experience leading enterprise reporting and governance.
• Ability to synthesize technical evidence into business risk and decisions.

• Define service intelligence model, scorecards and executive reporting.
• Lead Service Intelligence Partners and reliability insight cadence.
