Job summary

Axos is seeking an Enterprise Principal to shape observability architecture and automation strategy across platforms. This role, based in Manila, will drive standards and lead critical telemetry initiatives for efficient operations.

You will define reference architectures, guide modernization efforts, and review designs for resilience, security, and cost. Collaboration with product, security and engineering teams is essential to enable scalable adoption.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in observability, platform engineering, SRE, cloud or systems engineering.
• 5+ years in architecture or technical leadership.
• Experience with metrics, logs, traces, synthetics, RUM, service maps, APIs and automation.

Responsibilities

• Define reference architecture and engineering standards.
• Lead telemetry, platform, integration and automation strategy.
• Guide modernization, rationalization and adoption decisions.
• Review complex designs for resilience, security, cost and supportability.
