Job summary

Axos is seeking a senior service management professional to own enterprise service-health scorecards, reliability analytics and executive insights from our Manila office. You will drive data-driven decisions that elevate service quality and business outcomes across enterprise stakeholders.

You will define service intelligence models, lead governance for enterprise reporting, and connect services, incidents and risks to leadership priorities, turning insights into measurable improvement actions

Qualifications

• 10+ years in service management, reliability, technology operations, analytics or business engagement.
• Experience leading enterprise reporting and governance.
• Ability to synthesize technical evidence into business risk and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define service intelligence model, scorecards and executive reporting
• Lead Service Intelligence Partners and reliability insight cadence
• Connect services, journeys, incidents and risks to leadership priorities
