Axos Bank is seeking a seasoned professional to own enterprise service-health scorecards, visibility into customer impact, reliability analytics and executive insights.

You will define models, lead governance, and connect services and incidents to leadership priorities, turning insights into concrete improvement actions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Financial-services experience
• Service portfolio, SLO, Power BI or analytics experience
• ITIL, SRE or business relationship management certification
