Qualifikationen

• 7–9 years of relevant business experience in field sales, retail buying, merchandising, or sales analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Strong experience in retail or sales, or field support experience at Nike preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Experience managing key accounts such as Liverpool preferred.
• Ability to prepare, plan, and deliver clear, persuasive presentations.
• Understanding of the competitive market, customer needs, and retail trends.
• Proficiency in using financial data to inform decisions and maximize account profitability.
• Ability to develop seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Passion for sports would be appreciated.

• You will shape the long-term vision and account strategy, aiming for sustainable growth and differentiation from competitors.
• This role requires leading the strategy through a sports-focused lens, aligned with Nike’s sport offense, and developing mid- to long-term plans with cross-functional teams.
• Additionally, you will lead the Department Stores/Liverpool sales team, support shared objectives, coach for career development, and foster open, diverse dialogue and ideas.
