Job summary

Capital One Philippines Service Corp. in Alabang (96050), Muntinlupa City, Philippines, seeks a Director for Control Management Shared Services to lead a team of risk, controls and compliance specialists and provide expert regulatory guidance.

You will build strong partnerships with first and second line of defense and oversee governance of Capital One's programs. The role requires collaboration with HR, Privacy, Risk Management and Legal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• At least 10 years experience in Risk Management.
• At least 5 years experience in People Management.
• Willing to work in mid shift schedule.
• Willing to work in a hybrid set up.
• Post graduate degree preferred.
• Foundational knowledge in Financial Services.
• Certifications in BPM, Six Sigma, Agile and Compliance welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic oversight and people management for control testing, compliance and risk management functions.
• Builds strong partnerships with risk advisors to ensure consistent guidance for the business.
• Performs gap assessments and creates recommendations for smart business decisions.
• Monitors remediation plans for internal or regulatory findings.
• Works with dynamic teams on departmental process management and execution.
