Job summary

Capital One Philippines Service Corp. in Alabang is seeking a Director of Control Management Shared Services to lead a team of risk, controls and compliance specialists and advise the business on regulatory matters.

The role requires building strong relationships with HR, Privacy, Risk and Legal and governance of cross-functional programs. The position oversees control testing, gap assessments, remediation monitoring and alignment of defense lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 10 years experience in Risk Management.
• At least 5 years experience in People Management.
• Willing to work in a mid shift schedule.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup.
• Post graduate degree and professional certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic oversight and people management for control testing, compliance and risk management functions.

Summary:

• The Director for Control Management Shared Services leads a team of Risk, Controls and Compliance Management Specialists. Provides expert advice to the business on regulatory matters and oversees governance of Capital One’s Risk, Controls and Compliance Management Programs. This role will require the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key first and second line of defense partners such as Human Resources, Privacy, Risk Management and Legal

Basic Qualifications:
