Summary

• The Director for Control Management Shared Services leads a team of Risk, Controls and Compliance Management Specialists. Provides expert advice to the business on regulatory matters and oversees governance of Capital One’s Risk, Controls and Compliance Management Programs. This role will require the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key first and second line of defense partners such as Human Resources, Privacy, Risk Management and Legal

Basic Qualifications
