Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 10 years experience in Risk Management.
• At least 5 years experience in People Management.
• Willing to work in a mid shift schedule.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic oversight and people management for control testing, compliance and risk management functions.
• Builds strong partnerships with risk advisors to ensure guidance for the business.
• Performs extensive gap assessments and creates recommendations for smart business decisions.
• Monitors remediation plans of internal or regulatory findings within the business area of responsibility.
• Works with dynamic teams on departmental process management and execution.
