Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Director of Control Management Shared Services in Alabang/Muntinlupa City. The role leads a team of Risk, Controls and Compliance specialists and provides expert regulatory guidance to the business.

The Director will oversee governance of risk, controls and compliance programs, and build strong partnerships with first and second line defense partners. A mid-shift, hybrid work setup is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in Risk Management.
• 5+ years of experience in People Management.
• Willing to work in a mid shift schedule and hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic oversight and people management for control testing, compliance and risk management functions.
• Builds strong partnerships with risk advisors to ensure consistent guidance for the business.
• Performs extensive gap assessments and creates actionable recommendations.
• Monitors remediation plans of internal or regulatory findings.
• Works with dynamic teams on departmental process management and execution.
