Qualifications

• 2+ years in AML or Fraud investigations (BPO industry)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Strong written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Review investigative alerts/cases for potential reporting under BSA/AML requirements
• Conduct research using financial systems and document results clearly
• Execute investigations and escalate complex cases as needed
• Maintain awareness of risk factors across financial, legal and reputational areas
• Handle sensitive data in line with policy guidelines
