Job summary

Standard Bread – SM Megamall Branch, under TASTELAB INC., is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily dining operations at the SM Megamall location. You will assist the Restaurant Manager, lead dining staff, and ensure efficient service and adherence to company standards.

We value strong English and Filipino communication, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in restaurant, café, or food service operations.
• Previous experience in a team-leading or supervisory role is an advantage.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills in English and Filipino.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of handling a fast-paced work environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
