Job summary

Standard Bread is hiring enthusiastic, service-oriented Dining Staff to join our team at our SM Megamall branch! Welcome guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and help with opening/closing procedures to keep the store clean and welcoming.

Previous experience is a plus but not required. You must be willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, and be physically fit to stand for extended periods. Residing near SM Megamall or nearby is preferred.

• Friendly, dependable, hardworking, and a team player.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately and provide helpful menu suggestions.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
• Keep dining areas clean, organized, and properly arranged throughout service.
• Assist with basic food preparation, plating, and packing when needed.
• Address customer concerns politely and refer more complex issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Help with opening and closing procedures and maintain overall store cleanliness.
