Job summary

Risla Collection Inc. is seeking a dining room supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient service and high guest satisfaction. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating meal service, and maintaining cleanliness and food safety in liaison with kitchen and FOH teams.

The candidate should be a graduate of an F&B related course with knowledge of food safety systems and experience in supervision, floor control, and budget planning.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any F&B related course.
• Knowledge of food safety systems: Serv Safe / HACCP / GMP is an advantage.
• Knowledge in floor control, food cost management.
• Familiar with labor costing and budget planning.
• With at least two (2) years experience as a Supervisor in a reputable establishment/s.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dining room operations to ensure efficient service, quality guest experience and service standards.
• Supervise dining staff, coordinate meal service, monitor cleanliness and food safety and support smooth communication between the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Assist with scheduling, staff training, inventory monitoring and resolving customer concerns to maintain a well-organized and customer-focused dining environment.
