Job summary

Risla Collection Inc. is seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in Taytay, Rizal. The ideal candidate will manage staff, oversee inventory, and ensure excellent customer service while driving profitability and cost controls.

Qualifications include 2+ years in restaurant management, an F&B-related degree, and strong skills in financial analysis, P&L management, and food safety. Knowledge of IMS and marketing strategies is a plus.

Qualifications

Graduate of any F&B related course.
2+ years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a reputable establishment.
Knowledge of financial statements, revenue and analysis.
Knowledge in Inventory Management System (IMS).
Knowledge in basic marketing strategies; implement strategies to improve profitability.
Foster a positive work environment and excellent customer relations.
Well-versed in profit and loss statement and analysis.
Knowledge in food safety systems; Serv Safe, HACCP, GMP is an advantage.
Familiar with labor costing and budget planning.
Supervision of FOH and BOH teams.
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control and cash handling.
Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
