Job summary

• Ensures proper preparation of fresh ingredients.
• Ensures preparation of ingredients according to specifications.
• Follows proper procedure for receiving, handling and storing ingredients and raw materials.
• Ensures kitchen areas are clean and in good condition.
• Ensures proper cleaning and restocking of kitchen stations.
