Job summary

Procter & Gamble in Manila is seeking a Data Engineer to join our Data & Analytics team. You will build data pipelines, implement analytics platforms, and deliver data-driven insights for business units using Azure/GCP.

You will lead design and implementation, actively code, and adapt solutions to scale with the company’s iconic brands. This role requires Python/PySpark, SQL, Big Data ETL, and cloud experience.

Qualifications

• Proven Python/PySpark and SQL/SparkSQL programming experience.
• Big Data/ETL experience; Spark and Databricks preferred.
• Cloud project experience (Azure/GCP preferred, AWS).
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and modern DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Power BI front end and data models.
• Understanding of Agile SCRUM and DevOps methodologies.
• English proficiency with a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Build data & analytics solutions in Azure or Google Cloud to acquire, process, store and provide insights.
• Develop cloud-based designs to help the business gain valuable insights.
• Automate and optimize internal processes in Azure/GCP.
• Influence future technologies and how P&G uses them.
• Collaborate with multifunctional and multinational teams within and outside P&G.
• Focus on key business cases within Data & Analytics + MS Azure/GCP.
• Work on agile products using cloud solutions.
