Job summary

Procter & Gamble is seeking a Senior SRE Lead for Warehousing IT Operations – Incident Response in Manila. You will head incident response, ensure system reliability, scalability and performance, and collaborate with software engineers, DevOps, and site users.

You will report to the IT Operations Director and guide the SRE team with a strong focus on availability and proactive incident management. You will design and automate robust monitoring, manage SLOs/SLIs, and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Linux/Unix system administration.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with configuration management and IaC (Terraform).
• Proficiency in Python or C# and scripting for automation.
• Networking, load balancing, DNS management fundamentals.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Understanding incident response methodologies and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of secure systems practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SRE – Incident Response team, guiding incident management and root cause analysis.
• Ensure high availability through robust monitoring and architecture optimizations.
• Design, implement, and automate reliable systems and monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and report to the IT Operations Director.
• Oversee time/schedule, SLOs/SLIs, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship and foster continuous learning within the team.
