Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, IT, Linguistics, CS or related field.
Familiarity with digital project management tools and platforms.
Knowledge of web and mobile app development processes.
Experience with Trello, Jira or Asana.
Ability to analyze risks and propose solutions to timelines and quality.
Strong KPI, performance, and budget tracking.
Ability to analyze digital metrics and optimize workflows.
Ability to communicate goals and progress to senior management.
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience managing small to medium digital projects.
Strong leadership potential and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

Oversee the execution of small to medium-sized digital projects.
Maintain regular communication with international counterparts and clients.
Oversee the reception and clarification of digital briefs for internal/external teams.
Lead participation in project kick-off calls.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet goals within scope, time, and budget.
Develop communication strategies for global teams and report risks.
Identify and report risks or quality issues early and propose mitigations.
Manage multiple project requests and ensure deadlines.
Provide advanced technical and project management support for projects.
Monitor KPIs and milestones to keep projects on track.
Define project objectives aligned with business goals.
Oversee preparation of file types using CAT tools and coordinate launches.
Ensure team readiness for project launches and coordination.
Perform related duties as assigned.
