Job summary

IBM Business Services is seeking a Digital Business Analyst to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions and support digital transformation across functions. You will liaise between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and measurable outcomes.

The role involves analyzing processes, delivering data-driven insights, and collaborating through Agile ceremonies to drive product delivery and customer experience improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in business analysis, digital transformation, product development, systems implementation, or related disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of business process analysis and requirements management methodologies.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project environments.
• Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Experience supporting digital products, customer-facing applications, websites, mobile platforms, or enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of Agile project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Confluence.
• Experience with business process modeling tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or Bizagi.
• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
• Experience with automation platforms, cloud technologies, or customer experience initiatives.
• Relevant certifications, including CBAP PMI-PBA AAC PSPO PSM

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs, identify opportunities for digital innovation, and translate requirements into technology solutions.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to align goals and deliver measurable value.
• Engage in digital transformation efforts by improving processes and supporting product delivery.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and assist with backlog management and refinement.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with product owners, project managers, developers, UX designers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist with deployment, training, and post-implementation support.
