About the role

The Digital Solutions Analyst owns business analysis activities and is the custodian of business governance across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), serving as the liaison between Business Units and the Software Development Section by identifying business needs, analyzing operational processes, documenting functional and non-functional requirements, and ensuring that software solutions effectively address organizational objectives.
