Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to online inquiries (chat, social media, email) and calls, guide customers through product offerings, drive conversions through cross-selling and upselling.
• Handle digital transaction records, generate receipts, and manage refunds, credits, or exchanges according to company policy.
• Monitor online inventory levels, coordinate stock availability with the warehouse team, verify correct pricing/tagging on digital listings, and flag low-stock items.
• Keep product listings, promotions, and shop catalogs up to date, organize order records, and complete administrative tasks assigned by management.
