Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a Digital Program Officer to plan, oversee, and implement digital programs from concept to pre-operations, aligning with the team’s strategy and roadmap.

You will collaborate with business units to deploy enhancements, manage change requests, build business cases, ensure SOPs, define the change roadmap, and maintain metrics and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.

Responsibilities

• Work with business units and cross-functional groups to implement strategies and initiatives.
• Manage and monitor deployments of enhancements, change requests, and new developments.
• Lead the preparation of business cases for each initiative.
• Coordinate with various business units on requirements, inquiries, issues, and feedback.
• Manage Policies and Procedure (P&P) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of the program.
• Define the change roadmap, methods to achieve it, and success criteria.
• Develop a comprehensive strategy for technology implementation with a robust communications system.
• Gather insights and perform competitive scans of market solutions.
