Position Title: Digital Program Officer

Job Summary:

The Digital Program Officer is responsible for successfully planning, overseeing, and implementing the digital programs in a timely fashion starting from conceptualization, business casing, UAT requirements and pre-operations preparation in alignment with the team’s strategy and roadmap.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with the various business units and cross-functional groups in implementing the group’s strategies and initiatives.
• Manage and monitor deployments of all enhancements, change requests, and new developments
• Prepare compliance-related items like documentation for BSP, audit, etc.
• Support in resolving audit related findings by Control units

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Banking / Financial related products is a plus
• Must possess project management skills
• Team player and must able to multitask to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications and other relevant tools and software
• Understands technical languages, program delivery process, and mapping out business requirements
