The Product Engineer (Digital Banking) is responsible for shaping, building, and delivering products while ensuring the organization remains up to date with the latest technologies. This role contributes across the full technology stack, including database, API, web, and mobile development.

The position requires a strong passion for software development, continuous learning, and staying current with new tools and technologies. The Product Engineering Lead also drives high standards in product quality, technical excellence, and engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and project expectations.
• Use Scrum methodology to deliver regular software improvements that enhance customer and employee experience.
• Lead the team in designing, developing, and testing product enhancements following best practices and coding standards.
• Work with business stakeholders to present designs, timelines, scope, risks, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with the team to identify technical debt and deliver long-term solutions.
• Provide training on new technologies and mentor team members to build their skills.
• Ensure quality of deliverables before handover to SIT and UAT.
• Work with stakeholders to solve problems and identify the best solutions.
• Support the development and adoption of organizational standards.
• Act as a change agent by promoting best practices across teams.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
