Job summary

Commercelabs, a remote-first health-supplement brand operator, is seeking a Digital Associate to keep our storefronts and campaigns running across Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Meta.

You will update product pages, manage apps, test changes, and ensure price consistency; you’ll also build Meta campaigns, manage reviews, and support launches for Nusava, MedChoice, and PrimeMD.

• Shopify storefronts: Update product pages, images, prices, bundles, and banners. Install, set up, and troubleshoot Shopify apps and integrations (subscriptions, upsells, reviews, email, marketplace sync) using setup guides and our developer’s instructions. Test changes before they go live, and check that prices match across channels.
• Meta ad campaigns: Build campaigns in Meta Ads Manager from a brief, upload approved creatives, check tracking links, and send a weekly performance report.
• Reviews: Run review requests through Amazon-approved methods (Vine, Request a Review), and track review counts and ratings weekly.

As our Digital Associate, you handle the day-to-day execution that keeps our storefronts and campaigns running. When a price is wrong, an app breaks, or a campaign launches late, customers notice. You’re the person who makes sure they don’t. You’ll report to the Digital Operations Manager.

What You’ll Do

• Shopify storefronts: Update product pages, images, prices, bundles, and banners. Install, set up, and troubleshoot Shopify apps and integrations (subscriptions, upsells, reviews, email, marketplace sync) using setup guides and our developer’s instructions. Test changes before they go live, and check that prices match across channels.
• Meta ad campaigns: Build campaigns in Meta Ads Manager from a brief, upload approved creatives, check tracking links, and send a weekly performance report.
• Reviews: Run review requests through Amazon-approved methods (Vine, Request a Review), and track review counts and ratings weekly.
• Launches and projects: Help set up launches, promotions, and sale events (BFCM, holiday) from a checklist, and support small projects as assigned.
