We're filling a position for an experienced, detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Social Media Assistant to help a bold, purpose-driven coaching brand come to life online. The role spans creating and scheduling social content, managing website, funnel, and email platforms, supporting client onboarding, and keeping our online community engaged. Ideally, you're proactive and take ownership without being told what to do next: sharp, comfortable with tech, and genuinely excited to grow with a fast-moving, creative team.
Create short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) in CapCut or Descript
Upload, schedule, and manage social content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Substack
Design and update graphics with Canva templates (carousels, reel covers, quote graphics)
Maintain website and funnel content, including updates in Showit, listings in ThriveCart, and course content in MemberVault or similar platforms
Format, send, and monitor email newsletters in GoHighLevel or Mailchimp, keeping track of open rates and top-performing content
Support client onboarding with welcome emails, resource delivery, and templated answers to common inquiries
Moderate and manage online community spaces, handling request approvals, comment monitoring, and engagement support during launches
Set up and run Zoom for recordings and calls, and troubleshoot basic platform/link issues
Keep Google Drive digital asset folders organized, including testimonials, graphics, and reusable content
Support general digital operations (event coordination, PDFs, lead magnets) and stay current on AI tools that streamline the workflow
Proven background in social media management and content creation
Proficiency with CapCut or Descript for video editing
Strong working knowledge of Canva
Experience organizing digital assets and files in Google Drive
Familiarity with website/funnel/course platforms such as Showit, ThriveCart, or MemberVault
Experience formatting and sending email newsletters (GoHighLevel, Mailchimp, or similar)
Methodical, dependable, and self-starting
Strong communication skills and responsiveness on Messenger/WhatsApp
Comfortable with technology and able to troubleshoot basic platform issues
Experience with ConvertKit
Background supporting coaches, creatives, or online course-based businesses
Interest in personal growth, spirituality, or the coaching/wellness space
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity) that make workflows more efficient
Experience with podcast support (show notes, episode uploads)
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in parallel
