Qualifications

About the role

As Digital Marketing Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing, developing and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns whilst leading and mentoring a team of digital marketing professionals. This role is integral to driving our brand visibility, customer engagement and business growth through innovative digital strategies and data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities

1. Plan, develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including search engine marketing, social media, email marketing and content marketing
2. Supervise, mentor and coach the digital marketing team, providing guidance on best practices, campaign development and performance optimization
3. Manage search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive qualified traffic to company websites
4. Monitor, analyze and report on key digital marketing metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management
5. Oversee the creation and publication of digital content across various platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and messaging
6. Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize return on investment (ROI)
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product and customer service to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with broader business objectives
8. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and algorithm changes, incorporating relevant innovations into campaign strategies
9. Conduct regular performance reviews of campaign results and implement continuous improvement initiatives
10. Build and maintain relationships with external partners including digital agencies and marketing technology vendors

What we're looking for
