The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist will execute both automated and ad hoc marketing campaigns across channels including email, text, and other emerging channels to nurture B2B and B2C customer relationships. This role owns a deep understanding of the customer journey and conversion funnel, using that knowledge to build campaigns that engage and convert leads into patient opportunities and partner relationships.
The successful hire will continuously evaluate and recommend new channels and technologies to test, and will bring strong AI fluency to their daily workflow, looking for ways to integrate AI tools into campaign development, content creation, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities
- Execute automated and ad hoc marketing campaigns across email, text, and other channels for both B2B and B2C audiences
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the customer journey and conversion funnel; use this knowledge to design campaigns that move leads toward patient opportunities and partner relationships
- Identify, evaluate, and pitch new marketing channels and tools worth trialing
- Use AI tools to support campaign execution, content development, and reporting, and stay current on new AI capabilities relevant to CRM marketing
- Create compelling, brand-compliant rich media infographics, videos, and other assets for use across conversion campaigns
- Build forms, landing pages, and other conversion destinations that tell the organization's "why us" story
- Partner with the call center team to align messaging timing and cadence; understand the call center's communication plan so that CRM outreach complements rather than duplicates it
- Create and distribute rich media assets for others use, including call center, BD and other teams as needed
- Analyze campaign results, data, and trends to determine what's working, what needs optimization, and what should be stopped or started
- Collaborate with facility teams to understand each location's unique differentiators and conversion challenges, tailoring campaigns accordingly
- Partner with the Sr Director of Brand, Campaigns & PR and other stakeholders to plan initiatives, set KPIs, and report on progress
Qualification
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Demonstrated strategic, creative thinker comfortable with generating ideas and plans, and getting those plans across the finish line.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout/design skills; must be able to communicate concepts effectively.
- Experience translating audience data and channel analytics into actionable strategic recommendations.
- Strong editorial judgment with a track record of selecting or shaping content that balances brand voice, audience relevance, and business objectives.
- Substantial project management and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and change direction quickly according to fast-evolving business needs.
- Passionate, positive, self-starter who enjoys working in a cross-functional team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, AI agents, and other emerging technologies) to enhance productivity and drive innovation in digital strategy
