ONIS CORPORATION is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to support the digital presence of restaurant, hospitality, and lifestyle brands. You will manage social media, paid campaigns, influencer activities, and performance reporting across multiple brands, turning assets into cohesive, high-impact campaigns.
You will work with internal photography and video assets to deliver well-planned campaigns, ensuring consistent online presence and strong results across platforms.
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to support the digital presence of multiple restaurant, hospitality, and lifestyle brands.
This is a hands-on role focused on social media management, paid digital advertising, influencer marketing, community management, competitor research, delivery-platform content, and performance reporting.
The internal team will provide much of the photography, video, and core creative content. Your responsibility will be to turn these assets into well-planned and well-executed digital campaigns while maintaining a strong and consistent online presence across multiple brands.
Organize photos, videos, Reels, and other content into a 9-grid social media preview for approval.
Schedule approved content using Sprout Social or similar platforms.
Write engaging and brand-appropriate captions and calls-to-action.
Maintain content calendars across multiple brands and social accounts.
Ensure content is published accurately and on schedule.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, mentions, and customer interactions.
Identify relevant trends, content formats, sounds, and topics.
Set up, manage, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
Manage campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Monitor advertising budgets and key performance indicators.
Recommend improvements to targeting, creative, offers, and campaign structure.
Identify opportunities to improve traffic, engagement, awareness, and conversions.
Prepare clear reports on advertising performance and key learnings.
Research and identify influencers and content creators relevant to each brand.
Conduct outreach and coordinate influencer visits, collaborations, and campaigns.
Build and maintain relationships with influencers.
Coordinate approved offers, experiences, and partnerships.
Track influencer deliverables and ensure agreed content is published.
Prepare influencer performance reports covering reach, engagement, content performance, and results.
Maintain an organized influencer database.
Review available content and identify gaps in photography, video, Reels, and other creative assets.
Prepare creative briefs for photographers, videographers, and content creators.
Provide competitor references, trends, shot lists, and creative direction when needed.
Support basic design requirements using Canva.
Graphic design and creative experience are an advantage.
Regularly research competitors within each brand's market.
Monitor competitor social media, promotions, offers, influencer campaigns, product launches, and content strategies.
Monitor relevant industry and social media trends.
Provide actionable recommendations based on research findings.
Manage and regularly audit brand content on platforms such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Skip.
Ensure menu and product photos are current and properly displayed.
Identify outdated, missing, or low-quality images and coordinate updates.
Review competitor listings, photography, promotions, offers, and merchandising strategies.
Help maintain consistent and updated digital storefronts.
Prepare weekly performance reports focusing on:
Reach and impressions
Engagement and engagement rate
Follower growth
Video and Reel performance
Website or profile traffic
Top-performing content
Paid advertising performance
Influencer campaign performance
Community engagement
Reports should explain what performed well, what did not, key learnings, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, performance marketing, or a related role.
Experience managing digital marketing activities for multiple brands, accounts, or business locations.
Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and current social media trends.
Strong written English and ability to create engaging, brand-appropriate captions.
Experience with social media management and scheduling tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later, Buffer, or similar platforms.
Experience with influencer research, outreach, and campaign coordination.
Strong market research and competitor analysis skills.
Comfortable working with analytics and turning data into practical recommendations.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple brands, campaigns, deadlines, and approvals.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Experience with Canva is preferred.
Graphic design or creative design experience is a strong advantage.
Experience with restaurant, hospitality, retail, franchise, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.

The ideal candidate can independently research competitors, identify trends and opportunities, and provide recommendations without needing constant direction.
