Crowdsource Solutions Inc. is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead campaigns, manage online channels, and create content. You will analyze performance, optimize based on data, and own outcomes across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and LinkedIn. Independent decision-making and budget adjustments are expected.
You will develop graphics, short-form video content, compelling ad copy, and coordinating social media efforts while driving measurable results for the business.
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage digital campaigns, online channels, and content creation. The ideal candidate can analyze campaign performance, understand customer behavior, identify high-performing products or services, and independently make decisions to optimize marketing results.
Plan, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Monitor leads, conversions, cost per lead, sales, and ROAS to evaluate campaign performance.
Analyze customer behavior and campaign data to identify what is working and make informed optimization decisions.
Adjust, pause, expand, or pivot campaigns based on performance.
Recommend when to increase, reduce, redistribute, or pause advertising budgets.
Identify high-performing products, services, audiences, and markets and shift advertising efforts accordingly.
Create engaging graphics, ad creatives, social media content, banners, and short-form videos/reels.
Develop ad copy, headlines, calls-to-action, and promotional messaging.
Manage social media accounts, including scheduling, posting, engagement, and promotional campaigns.
Conduct audience, keyword, competitor, and market research.
Monitor analytics, conversion tracking, pixels, and other measurement tools.
Conduct A/B testing of ads, creatives, audiences, offers, and messaging.
Monitor lead quality and sales results to ensure marketing efforts generate actual business results.
Prepare performance reports highlighting results, issues, insights, and recommended actions.
Stay updated on digital advertising platforms, marketing trends, competitors, and customer demand.
This is not simply a content-posting or ad-management role. The successful candidate is expected to take ownership of marketing performance and make independent decisions based on data.
The candidate should be comfortable replacing poor-performing creatives, testing new audiences, adjusting messaging, reallocating budgets, prioritizing high-converting products, and recommending when campaigns should be discontinued.
At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or online advertising.
Hands-on experience with Facebook/Instagram Ads and Google Ads.
Experience managing social media and digital marketing channels.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Experience creating graphics and short-form video/reel content.
Knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CPL, conversion rate, CPA, and ROAS.
Able to work independently and take ownership of campaign performance.
