AGC Marketing is seeking a highly organised Digital Marketing & Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day client marketing projects. The role focuses on social media management, website updates, email marketing, reporting and coordinating deliverables, with progression into more advanced digital marketing tasks as you grow.

Ideal candidates are ownership-driven, problem-solvers with the ability to prioritise and work independently, delivering exceptional work with minimal direction.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Experience with Canva, WordPress, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads/Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Social media management across multiple client accounts.
• Create Canva graphics and carousels, reels and other digital assets; schedule and publish content.
• Build and send email marketing campaigns; write and upload SEO blog articles; update WordPress websites.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns; assist with SEO implementation and marketing strategy.
