Job summary

Power Digital Marketing is seeking a Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our account team, reporting into the Client Experience group and supported by the PMO. You will coordinate, plan, and drive digital marketing deliverables from inception to completion for multiple client accounts.

The role requires at least three years in agency project leadership, strong Asana skills, and solid communication and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience leading projects in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong proficiency with Asana as a work management platform.
• CAPM, CSM, PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Subject matter familiarity in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, Display, Feeds, Paid Social, Analytics, etc.).
• Excellent diplomatic, interpersonal, negotiation and communications skills with tenacity to solve internal and client problems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent accounts, service lines, deliverables and cross-functional team members via Asana and other channels.
• Create and execute deliverable plans, and revise to meet changing needs.
• Oversee deliverable management: scope, risk, schedule, quality, and stakeholder communication.
• Support account calls through detailed recaps, action items, and task assignments.
• Evaluate new work requests, identify resources, assign responsibilities, and schedule actions.
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Identify areas for process improvements and proactive solutions.
