Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a driven Business Development Officer for a hybrid role requiring 4–5 years of BD/B2B sales experience. The ideal candidate understands digital marketing services and can manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Experience in a digital marketing agency is highly preferred, including familiarity with SEO, paid media, and web development. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Account Management.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services including SEO, Paid Media, and Web Development.
• Proven experience in B2B sales and objection handling.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot is a plus.
• Digital marketing agency experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls and recommend tailored digital solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through proposal presentation and closing.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines and records using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Help improve sales workflows and onboarding processes.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client handoff and project delivery.
