Virtual Business Partners Pty. Ltd. seeks a Digital Marketing Officer to support the delivery of digital campaigns, lead generation, market research, and optimization of our online strategies.

The role covers content marketing, copywriting, and ongoing internal/external communications across the business. The candidate will manage paid, owned, and earned channels, execute campaigns in HubSpot/SharePoint, and collaborate with Growth, Brand, and Events teams to ensure accurate tracking and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/college degree in Marketing or related discipline.
• 3–5+ years in a digital marketing role with hands-on execution.
• Strong experience with HubSpot or similar platforms.
• Experience with campaign QA, data integrity, and reporting.
• Ability to work with performance data and optimization insights.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels as directed.
• Implement campaign builds, updates and optimisations in line with briefs and timelines.
• Own content pillars and content calendar, ensuring publish on schedule.
• Flag risks to volume, quality or timelines and coordinate with Growth/Brand teams.
• Proofread and release internal/external communications to ensure brand consistency.
• Coordinate HubSpot and SharePoint forms, emails and workflows with the Talent Marketing Lead.
• Ensure landing pages are aligned for tracking and lead capture.
• Collaborate with SEO/SEM partners and external agencies.
• Support reporting dashboards used by Marketing leadership.
• Work with creative and brand teams to implement assets across platforms.
