ROLE SNAPSHOT

You own the day-to-day production and publishing of social media content, website banners, EDMs, and client reporting for an offshore digital marketing team serving Australian automotive businesses. Your work runs against brand guidelines, scheduled publishing calendars, and defined client requests, so every asset lands accurate, on-brand, and on time.

This is not an ideas-only creative role. You operate within clear scopes and content queues, coordinate with a client-aligned team lead, and are trusted to keep multiple client channels current and compliant. Best suited for organised, detail-driven marketers who prefer clear briefs and delivery standards over ambiguity.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• 2+ years producing organic social media content and digital assets, ideally across multiple brands or clients
• Hands-on ability to create and schedule content across Facebook and Instagram, edit and resize images, build EDMs, and produce website banners
• Working knowledge of content scheduling tools plus the ability to follow brand guidelines precisely
• Experience delivering client reporting and working to defined briefs, review cycles, and publishing deadlines
• Availability for 7:00 AM-4:00 PM PH time, Monday-Friday - hybrid in Cebu or WFH if based outside Cebu

STRONG SIGNALS

• SEO fundamentals including keyword research
• Facebook Business Manager, Sponsored Ads, Dynamic Ads, and Marketplace experience
• Google Ads setup and management

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

Social Media Content & Publishing

You own the organic presence across client channels, keeping them active, current, and on-brand.

• Develop, create, and publish organic content across Facebook and Instagram
• Maintain social media profiles, cover photos, and page details
• Schedule job ads across social channels on client request

Visual Assets & Website Content

You produce the visuals that carry each client's brand across web and social.

• Edit, resize, and optimise images for websites and social platforms
• Create and upload website banners aligned with brand guidelines
• Publish articles and content on client websites

Email Marketing (EDM)

You own the EDM pipeline from design to delivery.

• Design EDMs that match client requests and brand standards
• Schedule campaigns using open and click-through best practices

Compliance & Reporting

You keep client assets accurate and prove the impact of the work.

• Conduct banner audits for compliance, relevance, and currency
• Deliver performance reporting to clients
