Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Senior Specialist in Instructional Design to lead the end-to-end design of adult facilitator-led and self-paced training materials. You will collaborate with stakeholders, mentor peers, and drive curriculum development and modernization.

Key responsibilities include creating onboarding materials, analyzing feedback for effectiveness, and staying current with industry trends to enhance training standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field with 3–5 years of instructional design experience.
• Proficiency in creating facilitator-led and self-paced materials with measurable outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and collaboration across stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop adult classroom facilitator-led and self-paced materials with clear objectives.
• Collaborate with peers to propose creative learning solutions for diverse audiences.
• Lead or support curriculum redesign based on top call drivers and performance data.
• Mentor peers through peer reviews and lead key learning initiatives.
• Develop onboarding materials and maintain content creation documentation.
• Analyze feedback, measure effectiveness, and update materials accordingly.
• Stay current on industry trends and recommend innovative instructional techniques.
• Provide backup support to the Instructional Design Manager as needed.
