This pioneer team role is onsite at the Mall of Asia Complex, offering a chance to shape how the function operates from the ground up. You will lead and coach sales professionals, monitor key metrics, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve workflows and customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading sales or contact centre teams.
• Strong coaching capability focused on performance and development.
• Understanding of sales funnels, lead management and conversion.
• Comfortable working with metrics such as SLAs, conversion rates and productivity.
• Clear communicator with a structured, hands-on approach.
• Willing to work onsite in the Mall of Asia Complex.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Digital Sales Consultants and Inbound Sales Representatives.
• Monitor performance across key metrics including conversion, SLA, lead handling and quality.
• Drive consistency in how enquiries are managed across chat, web, phone and email.
• Support teams in achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Provide regular coaching, feedback and performance management.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve workflows, lead allocation and sales processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and conversion outcomes.
