Job summary

MedGrocer’s digitally-enabled medicine programs and telehealth services are expanding to improve health outcomes for patients and corporate partners in the Philippines. The Digital Health Coordinator will join the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of our virtual care services, coordinating with HCPs and the IT/Tech team, and maintaining schedules and patient records.

Digital Health Coordinator

is a key member of the operations team, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our virtual care services, encompassing both Telehealth and ePharmacy/Logistics. This role involves performing routine coordination tasks with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and the IT/Tech team, managing simple escalations, and maintaining up-to-date schedules and records to ensure a seamless digital experience for our patients and partners.
