Job summary

MicroSourcing in Ortigas, Pasig City, is seeking a Digital & Graphic Designer to create high-quality visual assets aligned with our brand standards. You will design materials for print and digital channels, and develop digital content for websites, social media, and email campaigns.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage artwork production, and maintain digital asset libraries, while supporting brand development and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in graphic design, digital design or similar role.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.

Job Summary

• Develop and maintain high-quality visual assets aligned with company brand standards, strategic objectives and marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency across all internal and external communications.
• Design and produce creative materials across print and digital channels, including brochures, capability statements, presentations, case studies, product literature, promotional materials, corporate stationery, templates and branded business documents.
• Create digital content and campaign assets for websites, social media, email marketing (eDMs), digital advertising and lead generation campaigns, including graphics, infographics, banners and email templates.
• Support brand development initiatives, product launches, business unit campaigns and customer engagement activities through effective visual communication and creative solutions.
• Develop and edit multimedia content including video, motion graphics and other digital assets to support marketing campaigns, events and internal communications.
• Create visual assets for trade shows, exhibitions, customer events and internal initiatives, including signage, displays, presentations and promotional materials.
• Maintain and organise digital asset libraries, photography, templates, brand resources and design systems to support efficient content creation and brand consistency.
• Manage artwork production and coordinate with external suppliers, printers and creative partners when required.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to deliver creative solutions, translate technical information into engaging communications, and provide recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design or related field.

Competencies/Personality Traits

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Experience in video editing and motion graphics software (Premier Pro, After Effects, Animate etc)
• Working knowledge of email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar EDM platforms.
• Understanding of marketing automation workflow, customer journeys, audience segmentation and email marketing best practices.
• Experience designing for both print and digital channels
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout and visual communications principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and production accuracy

Prior Experience

• 3+ years' experience in graphic design, digital design or similar role
