Job summary

MicroSourcing seeks a Creative Graphic Designer to join our team at MOA, Pasay. The role focuses on laying out pages, designing advertisements from copy, and preparing ePaper/eMag content using Adobe InDesign.

The position is onsite in Pasay with a collaborative, inclusive culture and opportunities for growth. Start ASAP is preferred and you will work with our in-house workflow systems to ensure high-quality output.

Qualifications

• College graduate of Multimedia Arts or related field.
• Experience designing advertisements and editorial layouts.

Responsibilities

• Design advertisements from provided copy using Adobe InDesign.
• Layout pages with editorial content and images for print and digital delivery.
• Prepare ePaper/eMag documents and upload to company site.
• Ensure pages are sent to press with quality maintained.
• Coordinate with clients for advert approvals.

Your Role

As a Graphic Designer, you will:

• Design advertisements from copy provided mainly using Adobe Indesign.
• Design tools will include access to a web-based graphic resource.
• Workflow and copy will be accessed via a Company built Workflow System – Star Production System 1
• Prepare ePaper/eMag documents and upload them to our Internet site.
• Lay pages out, placing advertisements, editorial, and photos.
• Send pages to press, ensuring quality is upheld.
• Layout and design any commercial work, such as books, brochures, and magazines.
• Obtain approval for adverts from clients.
• Lay out editorial pages using Adobe Indesign.
• Material (stories and pictures) will be allocated to pages ready for the Layout Artist to work on.
• The editorial system will be accessed via a company-built Workflow System – SCMS.
• Send pages to press, ensuring quality is upheld.
• Become fully conversant with the operation and production flow of the company so as to understand the processes of the Company.
• The Pre-Press Operator will be directly responsible to the Creative Services Manager and his Supervisors and will direct any queries to them.

• Willing to work in MOA, Pasay City
• Amenable to start ASAP

• With Adobe Indesign experience
