Job summary

MicroSourcing International is seeking a Graphic Designer in Cebu City to create presentation and customer-facing visuals. The role is onsite with a day shift, focusing on polished deliverables and brand-aligned outputs.

What You'll Do

The role is initially intended to focus on presentation and customer-facing graphic design.

As the candidate demonstrates capability and requirements evolve, the scope may expand into additional areas such as:

• Marketing collateral;
• Digital creative;
• Product presentation;
• E-commerce visual assets;
• Promotional materials;
• Brand support; and
• Other graphic design requirements.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in graphic design, visual communication, presentation design or a related creative role.
• Demonstrated ability to create professional presentations and customer-facing visual materials.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy and composition.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to translate written instructions and briefs into effective visual outputs.
• Ability to work with existing brand assets and templates.
• Ability to incorporate feedback and make revisions efficiently.
• Ability to manage multiple design requests and deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with the Australian team.
