MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, overseeing the design process and delivering innovative branding and marketing solutions across digital and print channels.

You will develop concepts, create materials such as brochures, posters, packaging, and signage, and ensure final artwork meets technical specs while aligning with the client's brand and strategy.

Position Summary

Graphic Designer Team Member

Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to manage and oversee the graphic design process.

Developing innovative design solutions and improving our in-house and external client branding and marketing, digital books, brochures, flyers, packaging,

Work closely with our account managers to understand client's requirements and translate their vision into effective designs

Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a smooth and efficient design workflow

Prepare final artwork files for printing, ensuring they meet all technical specifications

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve the quality of your work

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design software tools.

High-level experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Demonstrated experience in designing for a variety of platforms and media, including digital, print, and presentations

Concept and branding, Themed ideas for EVENTS ie, Easter, Christmas,

• Cyber Monday sales, etc
• Retail POS, display, and sales-related design customers
• Custom signage design

Print-related marketing material, brochures, flyers, catalogues, posters, banners, floor decals, window decals, billboards, pull-up banners etc

Photo Editing including retouching e-commerce and lifestyle imagery to align with brand aesthetics

Create designs, print-ready artwork, and dye lines, collaborating closely with product developers

• Ability to work to tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Exceptional organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
