Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Brand Designer in a hybrid role at Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City. You will craft visual assets for print and digital, ensuring consistency with brand standards across campaigns and presentations.

Bring 2+ years of professional design experience, a strong portfolio, and mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud with Figma/Canva. Knowledge of print prepress and WCAG accessibility is essential. This role supports marketing teams and maintains brand libraries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience in marketing settings.
• Comprehensive portfolio showing digital, print, and branding work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma/Canva.
• Solid knowledge of print prepress specifications and asset optimization.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and WCAG accessibility standards.

Your Role

As a Brand Designer, you will:

• Create visual design assets for print, digital, social media, presentations, and out-of-home ads.


• Turn complex financial and superannuation concepts into clear, easy-to-read graphics.


• Enforce brand guidelines and accessibility standards (WCAG) across all visual materials.


• Prepare print-ready artwork files and optimize digital assets for web and email.

• Maintain design asset libraries, master templates, and brand style guides.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Professional Design Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience working within an in-house marketing team, agency, or corporate environment.


• Design Portfolio: Comprehensive portfolio showing proven work across digital, print, and branding projects.


• Adobe Creative Cloud Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Figma/Canva.


• Production Knowledge: Solid technical understanding of print prepress specifications and digital asset optimization.


• Brand & Accessibility Standards: Proven ability to follow strict corporate brand guidelines and accessibility design standards (WCAG).

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Prior design experience in financial services, superannuation, banking, or wealth management.


• Motion graphics or video editing skills using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.


• Advanced presentation design skills in Microsoft PowerPoint.


• Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles for web landing pages.
