Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Digital Performance Specialist to provide lifelong product analysis for the Digital Ecosystem, study competition, and suggest improvements to processes and features while supporting its digital payment processes across streams.

You will monitor KPIs, propose new metrics, run post-initiative evaluations, and collaborate with Product Owner and managers to outline scope, deliverables, and resources. A focus on data analytics and advanced Excel is essential.

Qualificações

• At least 2 years’ experience as a Product Specialist or equivalent.
• Familiarity with data analytics.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable goals.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor, analyze, and report Digital Ecosystem KPIs to stakeholders.
• Identify and define new KPIs and performance drivers.
• Complete post-project evaluation and iterate KPI management.
• Initiate continuous improvement projects based on KPIs.
• Create business cases for new features and improvements.
• Benchmark competitors and analyze Digital Ecosystem and Payments products.
• Track and update stakeholders on Digital Ecosystem trends and market needs.
• Develop a pipeline of improvement projects and best practices for Digital Ecosystem and Payments product.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Project Managers to outline scope, goals, deliverables, resources, budget and timing.
• Communicate improvement expectations to teams and stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with partners during transition to BAU.
• Sanity-check Home Credit payment button availability on partner sites.
