Qualifications

• Eight-plus years in IT program/delivery management or technology operations in complex environments.
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects, products, or agile squads.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, DevSecOps, SDLC and digital product delivery.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholders including Business, Architecture, Engineering, Operations, Risk and Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery leads, oversee performance evaluations, recruitment, disciplinary actions, and staffing concerns.
• Ensure delivery excellence by managing overall solutions delivery performance and timelines.
• Collaborate with demand and portfolio managers to allocate resources and monitor progress.
• Develop and enforce project management standards, risk plans, and budgets.
• Escalate issues at Level 1 and drive improvements in PM best practices.
• Engage senior leadership as a trusted advisor and align projects with business objectives.
• Review change control and service transition requirements to ensure proper documentation.
