Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in IT or related field.
• Certified Scrum, PMP, and IT training completed.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles.
• Experience with Agile beyond Scrum.
• Coaching and mentoring project teams.
• Ability to influence and consult with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks and strong analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall delivery management for projects in the managed portfolio.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with business units and stakeholders.
• Create and manage detailed execution timelines with aligned resources.
• Optimize resource utilization to meet timeframes and quality standards.
• Coach, mentor, and supervise project team members to foster accountability.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, critical paths, and action plans.
• Establish governance, manage changes, and ensure alignment with architecture.
